How to solve the Warning: Missing required field "updated" and hCard "author" in blogger

When I checked my blog hosted with Blogger for Google Authorship with Structured Data Testing Tool, i got two common warning and error messages and the and error messages Warning: Missing required field "updated" and Warning: Missing required hCard "author". I am sure mostly blogger users faced same problem. Note: Please make sure before the make changes in the template please take the backup of blogger template.

Fix the errors of Missing Required Field Updated and Missing Required Hcard Author in the blog:

1. Firstly login to your blogger dashboard. 
2. Then go to your blogger Tempale.
3. Click on Edit Html
4. Expand Widget Templates

Initial Process:

Here we look for initial process to correct Google Authorship markup warnings and error in Blogger (Blogspot) template:

1. Search the word 'hfeed' and 'hentry' one at a time and rename all the instances those exist in blogger template with 'h-feed' and 'h-entry' in that order. 
2. Save template and now check gain Google authorship markup warnings and errors with Structured Data Testing Tool.

Second Process:

Now move on second process which is a little complex from first one:

1. Same as in Edit HTML section.

• URL: Select this option if your webpage or blog post is new or has been recently updated. Note: Google doesn't guarantee to index all submitted URLs. 
• URL and all linked pages: Select if your site has changed extensively. Google will use this option to submitted URL as a starting point in indexing your website or blog content. Note: Google doesn't guarantee to index all pages on your site.

After submitting the URL in Fetch as Google Tool, I immediately run a search and as you can see the below picture, it has been indexed by Google instantly.
